1. Administer order fulfillment requirements to ensure timely accurate product delivery with proper documentation.
2. Ensure customer data, acprofile information, customer product information is up to date.
3. Receive, coordinate, process all sales orders based on the customer’s requests (with accuracy speed)
4. Interface with other Ahlstrom plants suppliers fprocessing orders produced elsewhere.
5. Provide order status resolve order inquiries.
6. Ensure accounts are in compliance with corporate credit policies.
7. Assess the validity accuracy of letters of credit import licenses.
8. Administer customs/logistics/delivery issues. Administer receivables past due amounts as required.
9. Inventory Management
10. Get information supply chain to notify appropriate sales personnel customers as necessary of over/short /
early/late/ other problems related to assigned acshipments.
1. College Bachelor’s degree
2. Having experience on ERP system is preferred
3. Excellent English skills especially in written is requested
4. Good at friendly communicating with customers with patience.
5. 2-3 years working experience at least on exporting importing orders following up
6. Action oriented, have strong responsibility business sense
7. Being sensitive on the details
8. Majin international trade is preferred
9. Having experience on ERP system is preferred.
